I ordered online and was charged twice, contacted customer service support who told me to file a dispute with my visa company. I got the money back from my visa company and not firehouse subs directly.

I've ordered both in person and online and have had consistent issues in getting my order correct on a "make your own" sub. I've asked for no cheese on subs with other sauces (like mayo and mustard) and will frequently get absolutely nothing on the sub or 10lbs of sauce. I've ordered online to pick up with the same issue - either no sauce no cheese, or cheese with a ton of sauce. If I ask for no pickle I get a pickle, If I ask for an extra pickle I get none. I think there is an issue with their ordering system for the "Make your own" sub category or modifications because it's wrong most of the time I've been to this location.

Tried the Montreal meat sub. Overall the taste of the meat and toppings was great. Giving it a 3 star because the bread was mushy . If it were toasted would of been a 5. For a $20 sub everything ought to be perfect.

Poor management, called numerous times throughout an hour to place a pick up order, no answer, decided to show up after the last call (all spaced out) and everyone was just standing In a circle socializing while I stood waiting to place an order

This was my first time having Firehouse Subs. I placed an order for catering for my work. Service was amazing. Super friendly, and quick. When I came in to pick up, my order was ready and packed up on time, even a little early too ;) They even drew some Easter pictures on the boxes. :) Made my day!Thank you so much for the great food. All my associates were so thankful and loved the food. We will definitely order again.
