Missing items on a sub I ordered.

I ordered a club that was missing bacon, cucumbers and green peppers that were clearly listed in the description — and that I paid for. The sandwich felt incomplete, and it definitely wasn’t worth the heafty price.

I contacted customer service telling them about my issue. They were very helpful and directed my complaint to the store itself. On November 6th the store asked me what was wrong with my order which told them the same day. It is now November 21st and still no response from the store. Unacceptable customer service.

I do not recommend this location.

Ordered a turkey club for delivery. Came and literally you could ring out the bun. No turkey on it just ham...Had to eat without the bun. Was the worst sub I have ever had. 100$ for 3 subs. My wife's was also soaking wet.
Will never ever go back. Disappointed 😞. Oh yeah asked for pickles and nope not a pickle.😡

I tried Firehouse Subs for the first time today and ordered the seasonal Turkey and Stuffing Sub. It was, without a doubt, the most delicious sub I’ve ever had—I’ll definitely be back for another before the limited-time offer ends. On top of that, the staff provided excellent service. The woman who served me was professional, knowledgeable, and truly wonderful, which made the experience even better!
