Our wedding was last week, and with all the excitement, our nerves were also high; but everything was managed and looked after incredibly well. Albert was kind from day one with planning and always responded the same day. During our wedding, Louisa was our point person, and she was adamant that everything was being watched over, and it was! The more the night went on, the nerves eased up as we knew we were in such good hands. We hosted a Holiday dinner for about 40 guests this past Monday. The team working that evening were very accommodating, helpful and very friendly! The room was beautifully set up as requested well before I and our guests arrived. Plus, they helped with a few minor adjustments without hesitation! Dinner was terrific and plenty for 2nd helpings… Thank you to Albert and our coordinator for the evening (Hina). Our bartender Joe was very engaging and friendly with all! Wonderful evening!

The service was top-notch from start to finish, with Albert and his team going above and beyond to ensure our event was nothing short of perfection.
The food was absolutely incredible - our guests were raving about the quality and presentation of the dishes. The attention to detail and care that went into preparing each course was evident, and we were thoroughly impressed.

Albert was fantastic- very attentive and ensured we were taken care since our first meeting to the day of ! Food and wine were tasty and plentiful. The service was great! Perfect for our Portuguese/Croatian wedding ! Highly recommend the Seafood Extravaganza package !

We recently held our son's wedding at Marquis Gardens Ancaster. I would like to thank the staff especially Albert and Ashley for all their help and patience throughout the entire process. The staff were very attentive to our guests and were more than accommodating to late arrivals ensuring they received their meals. The food including the appetizers was delicious and plentiful. It was a small wedding of 50 people and the Opal room was perfect, roomy and private. Thank you all again!!

Spent Mother’s Day here for my wife with our 6 year old and 17month. There was not enough space around the tables. They crammed 12 adults around each table and did not account for kids in high chairs. We had 2 high chairs at our table so 14 in total… everyone’s dinner plates were almost touching. Could not eat without moving elbows away from my body. Ridiculous planning and greed. Not an enjoyable experience.

We recently had the first holy communion of our son at the Chapel at Marquis Gardens, Ancaster. We met with Albert who was a good listener, insightful and accommodated our small requests putting us at ease. From being assigned a great event co-ordinator in Claudine who was amazing to work with, I want to give a shout out to the bartender Joe who was great with all our guests and kept the bar running smoothly. Chef Eddie deserves a special mention for his stunning spread of food and this had my guests singing praises of venue and the experience too. Last but not the least, I had 3 gentlemen who were assigned to our event that evening and who did an impeccable job of serving, assisting and helping out.Your entire team embodies customer service with a smile, sincerity and above all you just wowed not only us but also our guests with your touch of class. We had our wedding in March 2023, and the service such as food and venue were absolutely impeccable. Everything was clean, organized and the service was smooth as ever. One of the highlights was the catering, somehow Paul was able to ensure that the chicken and steak was perfectly cooked for all the guests (over 150) and everything came out hot and tasty. The our d'oeuvres table was very fancy and looked and tasted amazing, with lot of variety. 10/10 experience and highly recommend for anyone looks for a place to hold their special day.

Had our engagement party here tonight and was very impressed with the food and staff. We had Maya who was in charge of things, she greeted us right away and always asked if there was anything we needed throughout the night. She took the time to make our cake table and card box table look nice. She was also fantastic with the 3 toddlers, I appreciated how she got them chicken fingers with fries since they can be so picky at times.

At first I was Leary of a “ banquet style” meal vs a restaurant.However, from the start Albert was there every step of the way, very responsive to our needs and requests.The food was really good, good quantity, and piping hot.
