I ordered from this location on skip the dishes. I was extremely upset to realize my fries were freezing after the 5 minute drive to my house. Unfortunately, this was not the full extent. I then realized, my entire sandwich was missing. How do you miss the main part of the meal? Next, my biscuit was freezing. The only part of my order that was correct/right temperature, was the bottled lemonade. Awful experience. Will not be ordering from here again.

Great experience at Popeyes! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the sides were delicious—especially the fries and biscuits. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the restaurant was clean and well-organized. Definitely one of the best spots for tasty fried chicken.

My visit to Popeyes was terrible. The staff were unbelievably rude—snapping at customers, rolling their eyes, and acting annoyed at every single question. The wait was insanely long, and nobody bothered to explain why or apologize. When I finally got my food, it was just as disappointing as the service: dry chicken, cold fries, and a biscuit that tasted old. The whole experience felt like a waste of time, money, and patience.

My experience at Popeyes was unbelievably bad, mainly because of how mean the staff were on top of everything else. From the second I walked in, the workers looked annoyed and acted like they didn’t want to be there. When people tried to ask questions or check the status of their orders, the employees responded with attitude—snapping, rolling their eyes, and talking to customers like they were a problem instead of people just trying to get food. The way they spoke to me was shocking: short, rude answers, no manners, and absolutely no effort to provide even basic customer service. It felt like the whole place was run by a team that didn’t care at all.
And the wait time? It was brutal. I stood in line forever, watching the workers move slowly and argue with each other instead of helping customers. Even after I finally managed to order, I still had to wait way too long for the food, with zero communication or apology for the delay. When I finally got my meal, it somehow made the whole situation even worse. The chicken was dry and flavorless, like it had been sitting out all day. The fries were cold and soggy, and the biscuit was rock-hard. Everything tasted old and rushed, as if they didn’t bother to prepare anything properly. With rude staff, a ridiculous wait, and terrible food, the entire visit felt like a complete disaster. It honestly made me regret walking in there at all.

My trip to Popeyes was a complete disaster from start to finish. The moment I stepped inside, I could tell things were off—the line barely moved, and everyone waiting looked annoyed and tired. I stood there forever, watching the staff move at a snail’s pace, snapping at each other and acting completely uninterested in helping customers. When I finally reached the counter, the employee taking orders didn’t even bother to greet me. They sighed, talked with an attitude, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by trying to order food. The entire place felt unorganized, like nobody knew what they were supposed to be doing.
After waiting way too long for my order to be called, I realized it wasn’t worth the time or the frustration. The food looked sloppy the moment I opened it. The chicken was greasy in some spots and dried out in others, like it had been reheated instead of freshly made. The fries were limp and tasteless, and the biscuit was crumbly and cold, nothing like what Popeyes is supposed to serve. It honestly felt like every part of the meal had been rushed or ignored. After dealing with the long wait, rude service, and disappointing food, I walked out feeling like I had completely wasted my time, my patience, and my money. It was easily one of the worst fast-food visits I’ve had in a long time.

My visit to Popeyes was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. As soon as I walked in, the atmosphere felt chaotic, and the line was barely moving. I ended up waiting an absurd amount of time just to reach the counter, and when I finally did, the staff’s attitude made everything even worse. They barely made eye contact, spoke in a rushed and irritated tone, and acted like every customer was bothering them just by ordering food. When I asked a simple question about the menu, the cashier rolled their eyes and answered like they couldn’t be bothered. After ordering, I expected things to get better, but the wait for the food was somehow even longer, with no updates, no apologies, and the workers snapping at people who tried to check on their orders.
By the time my food was finally ready, I was already frustrated, but it got worse the moment I opened the box. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting out for ages—dry, overcooked, and missing the crispy, flavorful coating Popeyes is supposed to be known for. The fries were soggy and cold, and the biscuit was rock-hard instead of soft and warm. Everything looked rushed and thrown together, like nobody cared at all about the quality. After waiting so long, dealing with rude staff, and receiving food that was nowhere near fresh, the entire experience felt like a complete waste of time and money. It honestly made me not want to go back anytime soon.

The experience at Popeyes was surprisingly awful from the moment I walked in. The line moved painfully slowly, and I ended up waiting way longer than anyone should just to place a simple order. What made it even worse was how rude the staff were—they barely acknowledged customers, acted annoyed any time someone asked a question, and made the whole place feel tense. Even after finally ordering, the wait dragged on, with no updates or apologies from anyone working there. By the time I got my food, all the frustration from the long wait and the disrespectful service had completely ruined the meal. HORRIBLE

No more Mary Browns! I have been eating mary Brown’s chicken since it opened in Ontario. Loved it, mostly because they used to give you real honey for the chicken. Well, I was introduced to Popeyes a few years ago. It took me a few times to really enjoy it, only because I was stuck on the lack of honey. lol
Well, since moving to Ancaster three years ago, I am now a huge Popeye fan. The gentleman that owns or manages it, is truly a lovely person. Always friendly and grateful. The first time I went in, I said to the person with me, I wonder what their fries are like, and the man gave me some to try.
Their sandwiches are fantastic! Big pieces of chicken, perfectly cooked. As opposed to Mary Brown’s, whose chicken is now less than half the size of these ones.
The chicken is cooked so perfectly here. I’m afraid to try any other Popeyes again.

I ordered 3 sandwiches over skip. The bag only contained 2. When I called the restaurant to get it resolved, I was first transferred from the manager to the individual who packed it and back to the manager, both of whom were blaming the driver despite the bag being sealed and no evidence of tampering. When I told them that there was an item missing, they continued to avoid taking responsibility and continued to ask me to “check the bag” despite having been told 3 times it wasn’t there. There was a solution reached but the way in which the situation was handled was very poor and their customer service could use some improvement/training.
