Ancaster location terrible customer service was told can’t have a sub without mayo because it changes the sub. Owner was actually the rude one worker was total nice thank you for that.

Horrible experience. Ordered three subs and only received two. Tried to blame the missing sub on the skip the dishes driver. There were two bags, one had drinks and cookies, other had two subs. So you mean the driver went in a bag and took out a sub? Also the beef Swiss melt said it comes with sauteed mushrooms. There were no mushrooms at all. The restaurant said they are sorry for the inconvenience, but they are unwilling to compensate for no mushrooms. No not only did one sub...read full review
