Today I want to recognize Michelle, a cashier at Sobeys in Ancaster.

They have some great food but I was surprised they don't offer much gluten free bread.
Small veg/fruit selection but usually good quality. The in house bakery has nice artisan bread.

The in house bakery has nice artisan bread, though the gluten free bread selection is limited. The small veg/fruit selection is usually good quality. The freshest flowers out of all the other stores are available, with staff like Hanna making beautiful decorations with nice wrapping paper for a dozen red roses on Valentine’s Day. Another employee, Jana, put together a pretty bouquet of roses with added touches. The deli/cheese station provides a pleasant experience, with an amazing staff member who chatted while slicing roast beef and cheese and made recommendations. A cashier named Michelle is highlighted for her genuine kindness, patience, and respect, taking time to make people feel welcome with smiles and lighthearted jokes, creating a warm atmosphere that brightens the day of everyone.
