i asked for a ice coffee with less ice and less cream. mans filled it with cream and lil ice so barley any coffee. asked him to change it but said oh u already drank it. thats a loss. as you see instead of less cream he put a lil extra. i drink coffee for the caffeine not the cream or the ice.

7 pm no bagels left, no chicken wraps and no oh no eggs available. They were cleaning all the grills and they said it was close to closing time so I just left terrible terrible service.

Excellent service. I'm not a big coffee drinker but while back from the strawberry picking this morning, it was just a perfect day to have a cold brew. Colleen has been very professional and extremely helpful in helping out with cold beverage selection. We were served with so much attention. Roasted Hazelnut Cold Brew With Espresso-Infused Foam (Medium) was delicious 😋 Colleen, thank you for your hospitality. You are an inspiration of how true Canadian 🇨🇦 customer service should look like.

Ordered lunch and a coffee in the drive thru at this location. After paying and leaving found a cockroach under the lid of my coffee. Had to throw out the whole order.
Will not be visiting this Tim Hortons again

im posting this review because i wanted to tell the employees of this store that this is seriously the cleanest, nicest tims i have ever been too, that the person who took my order today was incredibly kind, and that the food was IMMACULATE. sometimes there will be one thing off about my order/drink and it'll taste funny but the hashbrown was PERFECT. the breakfast sandwich was FLAWLESS. my iced coffee had the right amount of cream and sweetener in it. i went into this tims at like 9am in the morning with zero expectations (as one usually does when they go into a tims) but i just needed the employees and store manager to know just how impressed i was. you guys are doing an AMAZING job and i hope you all realize that

I was in the mood for some donuts & coffee, kinda late at night. On 12/18/2024 about 8:00 P.M. I ordered (on Skip the Dish App), their 6 Pack of mixed donuts and 2 Dark Roast coffees. Though it took a bit to be eventually delivered (they were busy), the order arrived, right to our door. Delivery driver followed all the instructions, order consisted of 6 freshly baked donuts. (1 Crueller, 2 Sour Cream glazed donuts, 1 Boston Cream and 1 Double Chocolate donut and 1 Apple Fritter donut). The coffees were made correctly, as ordered, and came hot. It was relatively expensive, but that being said, it was delivered right to our door. All in all, a good shopping experience, from this franchise Tim Hortons on this occasion.
I love going to this location the staff is always so helpful and happy.

MOST AMAZING STAFF EVER!! I visit this location every day. The staff have never been anything but cheerful, so I’m not sure how others have said they’re not. They often have my order and others, ready as I/we approach the counter. Yes the washrooms are locked but possibly that’s because they have been vandalized in the past.
Amazing customer service . Very friendly coffee shop . Fauzia always has a smile on her face and offer my beat coffee for the . She has my order memorized :) Love all the staff there
