They continuously mess up my order. I’ve order farmer egg breakfast sandwiches and they charge me for that but always give me a regular egg, even tho I’m paying the extra price. Not only that but half the cheese is always stuck to the wrapper rather than actual sandwich. Also whenever I ask for an iced coffee sometimes it’s so watered down and bitter and other times there’s too much cream and it’s never correct. Very disappointed with the food quality.

It’s awful! I used to like Tim hortons but now I don’t anymore! They don’t make the coffee good anymore. Worst baristas that do not know how to make coffee and have a shitty attitude. It’s not rocket science to know how to make coffee!

I just ordered an iced vanilla latte and forgot to mention that I needed whipped cream on top of it. So I went to pick it up and asked the lady there to please add it as I forgot to mention but to my surprise she rudely spoke to me saying I didn’t order it and I didn’t pay for it. Such a disappointing experience with Tim’s this time thanks to an impolite and unhelpful worker at their Ancaster downtown outlet.

I don’t understand the point of locking the washroom if there’s no efficient way to access it. If the intention is to keep it for customer use only, then please invest in a coded lock or a system controlled from the counter. It’s really inconvenient to ask for a key, be told to “wait a second,” and then have to follow up multiple times over 10 minutes with no response. This is frustrating and unprofessional. Please do better.
I think the staff at this location are amazing. They are always friendly and smile when I come in. Khushveen the girl on the sandwich bar is fast and so nice. I was a little grumpy when I came in and ordered my lunch. She knows I like it in a bag so I can put it in my bag. When I got home and opened it, Khushveen had done the sweetest thing. Will always recommend coming to this location.
