I use the truck parking area and struggle to get in it to spend money in your business because there are people living in your parking lot. They live in RVs and dead trucks and burn wood. The parking area is a little scary.

This Tim Hortons is by far the the most well and beautifully decorated store I have seen this year. Congratulations to Sheila who decorated the store in incredibly beautiful way. Mom's with kids take pictures of large inflated Santa Claus and the comments from customers are so warm and positive. There are elderly customers...some who live alone...and the reaction and smile when they see the festive environment of the store is so nice to see.. I have been coming to this store for 25 years and the current management and staff truly take pride how their store looks. It definitely shows in this year's Christmas decorating. I have been to Tim's in the Niagara -Hamilton area with my work...and none compares to this store. The extra effort and time in decorating thr store so well is appreciated by all...and it would be nice if someone from corporate came to store and took a few pictures and put in news letter..bulletin etc to both thank and show appreciation for all the extra work in Christmas decorating. I am confident both staff and management would be so appreciative..especially Sheila.

Such a great store So cleans and staff very friendly.
Given the wrong order constantly. Whether it’s food or drink (ex. order tea and half the time it’s coffee). Very disappointing. Unless it’s the woman working during the week in the mornings.

Food was fine, but I had a downright weird experience here, cashier at window kept asking if we wanted donuts with our order, kept refusing to take no for an answer. After the third time being told we could "have one" and refusing them, I asked if they were giving them away or something, and got laughed at.
I'm going to chalk it up to miscommunication, but would really recommend if you're upselling to give it a shot before we're already at the window to pay, and to accept no for an answer.
