Don’t want to hate on the staff there, food is always great, but wrong orders are too common. They do always make up for their mistakes though, so customer service is really good. Only caveat is that Tims Rewards scanners never seem to work at this location.

I go through the drive thru almost every day, and Pinder never fails to brighten the experience. No matter how busy it is, she always greets with a warm smile and makes sure every order is accurate. Her consistency and kindness truly make a difference. Well done, Tim’s employees like Pinder are a real gem
