I’m writing this as I just can’t shake this off! I was watching my food being made and noticed no one had gloves on. I’ve always seen gloves be put on and then switched. Then I hear the manager give a reminder to these workers working “remember, no gloves” my partner and I looked at each other like “eww really?!” Now like I said I don’t know if you’re supposed to or not but I would much rather my food be made with clean gloves on and not people’s hands that have been everywhere! Besides that very friendly staff and food was good!

I Miss the days when JBC's were only $1.29 each and they were really good too. At least the Frosty is still as good as it always was. This visit we ordered two full sized salad combos and were given one fork and one knife and had to drive back to get another fork. Luckily we didn't get very far before we realized.
Manager won't take orders at front. In middle of employee talking an order manager told him to stop only two orders at front allowed. Line of 10 + all looked bewildered.

I was there today 7pm very bad manager too aggressive and doesn't have any idea about customer service. i had to wait for my food for 20 minutes while they were all just chatting and laughing. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

Came in for takeout asked for no veggies for one of the Dave single burgers. Drove home and opened the bag to discover I got a bun with cheese, ketchup and mayo... tried to call to ask for some sort of a solution, nobody is answering.

Horrible manager got in my face after I waited 15 minutes and they told me they can’t make the other because they’re out of the product. He got in my face what a nasty person as if I’m in the wrong BUDDY NEXT TIME TELL ME BEFORE THAT YOU CANT MAKE WHAT I ORDER.
Long wait considering an almost empty Wendys. Dirty tables and just found out they lost my order after waiting 15 minutes. Don’t come if you’re in a rush.
