I had a great experience at Wendy’s today! The food was served fresh and hot, exactly how it should be. Special thanks to Ekam for the excellent service — very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. It really makes a difference when staff take pride in their work. Will definitely be coming back

Just got take out in the drive through. From the minute I placed my very simple order, whoever I spoke to on the speaker was being rude. Then I pulled up and payed for and received the wrong item unknowingly. I then went back through the drive through and very kindly let them know. when i pulled up to the window i was met with about 4 people telling me that my last payment declined and that I stole the food anyways. I proceeded to show them my debit statement that says that I did infact pay and then the manager verified this, gave me my refund and lots more attitude. I then received and payed for the right items but after not only charging me way more for what I ordered initially and giving me the wrong things and then accusing me of stealing I kinda would have expected at-least a “sorry”.

Always got best service and staff is pretty polite but yesterday went there with my family I don’t know his name but he was shouting at everyone they all were looking concerened and worried. So, I thougt to write this when I ask about him from the staff they denied to tell me his name.

The “manager” (I assume he’s the manager) with the moustache needs to stop screaming at his employees. Not only is it HIGHLY unprofessional and inappropriate towards the employees, it’s also unacceptable towards his customers. I hope his employees file complaints ASAP.

For at least 3 or 4 years the drive thru is brutally slow. They can only do one car at a time so you can’t order until they are finished with the only car ahead of you. Not sure why they can’t figure this out. Today they had a person working the drive thru that clearly hates her job and shouldn’t be around people.

The drive thru had some issues when I was ordering but the cashier told us that if I was having a difficult issue or the speaker than just drive to the cashier to let them know what I would like to order. Great and Fast service. I have order A Dave Single Sandwich and It tastes amazing and have a lot of topping and sauce on the sandwich.

Waited over 5 minutes at the speaker before driving to the window and another 10 waiting for my food that was pre ordered online. There was 1 other car ahead of me and the restaurant was not busy. I ordered 2 burgers not even in a combo.

Been working nearby and purchasing here for years. I previously rated their service as a 1-star, due to ridiculously slow drive thru service. This has somewhat improved. Moving up to 3-star. Food is still very good, for what it is.
