Worst Wendy's in southern Ontario. You always wait at least 5 minutes to even get talked to when going through the drive-thru. If they have just one customer in the store or in the drive-thru infront of you, prepare to not get served or get your food for at least 15 minutes. This location should just close down. Awful wait times at all times of the day. Fast food should be faster then a sit down restaurant.

I went into the wendys in Ancaster today. The service was great but the atmosphere was not so muchThe Manager (an older gentleman) berated the staff constantly. All negative feedbackSpeaking in a tone that was disrespectful and disgraceful all in front of customers. It's like he wore his hate on his sleeve. That so called Manager should be ashamed of himself. The employees will learn if you teach them. Not treat them like the way he did today. I told the younger that servedme that the staff was doing an amazing job despite what the Manager says.

This Wendy’s is absolutely brutal I have completely had it with this place. I have had countless incorrect orders here, this time I was given a single 1/4 lb bacon deluxe when I ordered a double, and I didn’t receive a receipt because I bet the girl knew she messed up the order. Avoid this place at all costs, these idiots can’t even put fast food together properly

Actually, I’m regular customer of this location, but the staff is angry especially the man wearing black dress and a girl i don’t know there name because they don’t come to take my order as i wait there for 10 minutes they are only busy talking with each other so i think wendy have to take step on these types of employees if they want to have there customers feel good. So please take it serious and have focus on your employees behaviour.
