Stood at front for 10 min waiting to be seated ..Staffwalked by numerous times . No eye contact. Never said be with u shortly just ignored us . Poor people skills . Will no return to this location .
The worst restaurant meal my husband and I have ever had. My wings were cold and soggy. Our Caesar salads had the dressing in the middle in a huge clump (not tossed). The service was slow. When we mentioned my wings were cold and soggy the waitress just said oh and disappeared for 15 minutes. I ate 2 of my 8 wings and then couldn’t deal with the cold soggy and weird texture. My husbands Cajun chicken sandwich was cold, the deep fried pickle slices on it were also cold and soggy....read full review
Went there yesterday. The waitress took forever to come greet us and there were only two tables besides ourselves. The restaurant was filled with smoke. We never got our appetizers and the food was overcooked and took FOREVER. To top it off the waitress was sneezing and coughing into her hand and sleeve and never washed her hands between that and getting our beverages so she likely also touched our plates with dirty hands.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The food is delicious, cooked to preference, and flavourful and fresh. Specific meals mentioned include the Sizzler, which was fantastic, and the bruschetta flatbread and chicken club sandwich, which are the best items on the menu. The service is efficient, with staff like Melissa, Sophie, Shreya, and Jazmine described as friendly, upbeat, and having a dazzling personality. Management is on the floor greeting everyone and ready to solve any questions or problems. The space is a fantastic newly renovated space.
