The restaurant was completely empty, yet the hostess told my family there would be a one-hour wait because the kitchen and serving staff were “too busy.” Honestly, laughable. Very rude. It was clear they didn’t want to serve us because of the Kids Eat Free promo, as I was there with three kids. A sad state of affairs at the local BP, unfortunately.

This kids’ meal was extremely disappointing. As you can see in the photo, the portion of fries was ridiculous — barely a handful. It feels insulting and misleading. Kids deserve a proper meal, not a plate that looks like it was shorted in the kitchen.

The server was a sweetheart but overwhelmed as it was very busy (possibly poor management). I ordered the mushroom and spinach bake to go, which I’ve had at different locations before and loved but this was disappointing to say the least.

Either way, our server was very attentive, and he checked on us multiple times. I was extremely pleased with his service. It was so good to the point that I noticed how good he was at his job.

Tried mediterenean pizza, and then requested to add grilled chicken which they did. I loved it. Also friendly staff.

Not good customer service.I was waiting for a waitress to take my order more than 10 minutes she didnt even look at me Despite that she was taking the other ones order and serving them even they came in after us(my daughter and I ) she was not that busey they didnt have too much customers.after a while she just put foods on the table and left and she didnt say even a word.like just enjoy🫨 I hope it was not like Racist behavior .she doesnt have a name tag unfortunatlly
