We stopped by for ramen while in the area because we heard about it from friends. It was a bit of a later lunch but the restaurant was still very busy, so we had to wait a bit for a table to free up, especially because it's not a huge space. Been craving ramen ever since my trip to japan. It is my first time trying this place and wow do I regret not coming sooner. They specialize in chicken broth. I had the tori paitan with black garlic oil and damn the broth was so flavourful and rich. The ramen noodles are made in house and have a pleasant texture. This ramen is really delicious, and the side dishes of kebabs are tender and juicy. We also ordered soft shell crab, which is also very seasonal, charred on the outside and tender on the inside. The proprietress is friendly and charming, a great shopping experience, highly recommended!
