Popped in for dinner on a Saturday evening. Ordered the beef dip with fries and gravy. The portion was generous, on everything. I enjoyed a great dinner.

We pass by this place often and decided to stop in for dinner and try the food. I’m giving four stars instead of five because of a few service issues. We specifically asked for the burger without pickles. Even though the server wrote it down, the burger still arrived with pickles. I also asked for a straw for my child the server said she would bring one, but never came back, so I had to get it myself. There were also a few other small service details that could be improved.
As for the food, it was okay. Not bad at all, but not amazing either just fine. For example, I ordered the carbonara pasta. I’ve had carbonara in different places, and it usually has a very distinct flavor. Here it tasted more like regular Alfredo pasta with a few pieces of bacon. Nothing special, just an okay dish.
We ordered two kids’ meals one pasta with red sauce and one chicken strips. Both were fine. Some of the fries were hot and some were less warm. The burger we ordered was tasty.
At the end of the meal, the kids received a small dessert a scoop of ice cream with whipped cream and two mini Oreo cookies which was a nice touch. The server also made balloon animals for them, and they really enjoyed that.
The place itself looks nice, clean, and well-organized. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Standard breakfast joint, right down to the typical 50s decor.
The mozzarella sticks i ordered needed another minute in the fryer - they didn't have that cheesy pull, but they were still good.
I talked to the manager, not to complain, but as an FYI. We insisted that we did NOT need a replacement as we were just offering a tip to make them taste better. She brought a fresh batch out despite our insistence it wasn't necessary.
They are definitely worth the visit.

Have lived around the corner for many years but just never walked in here! Finally walked in today and ordered an large selection of the breakfast/brunch menu... everything was amazing! Really nice festive atmosphere and the staff are very nice and friendly. Ordered the omelet, eggs benny, French toast, avocado toast, bacon and had both their fries and their home fries. To drink had coffee, tea and fresh squeezed orange juice. Everything was great! Will definitely come back to try their lunch and dinner menus. Can't believe took this long to give this place a try! 😅

The service was just brutal.. slow and poor service for breakfast/brunch place!! Not recommend especially if you are hungry or hurry. For the price of meals and service, definitely you can find better places in the area.

On Friday November 14th, my wife and I made an impromptu visit to Bunchberry for dinner. Driving by we were drawn by the neon lights and the old school diner aesthetic. It was our first visit, and we were with our 14 month old for a quiet night out.
The staff was super accommodating, provided us with a high chair and took our order right away. The food was good, and portions more than plentiful. The old diner feel didn't disappoint neither.
The highlight of our night was capped off as we were leaving. One of the wait staff (lady with brunette hair and dark rimmed glasses) caught us prior to leaving the store. She asked how our experience was, and asked if it was our first time there. It seemed she already knew the answer, and offered us a $10 voucher for a future visit just for being a new customer. She also provided our toddler a balloon just to keep the smiles + his wonderment going. Needless to say that capped off our night, and made our first experience at Bunchberry a memorable one.
If that wasn't enough, as we were loading up the car to leave, the waitress came out and pleasantly let us know that we forgot our leftovers on the table (with our food in-hand).
Can't say enough to the cooking staff that made a great Chicken Parm, and the awesome wait staff that night.
You've made a loyal customer out of us that day, thank you.

Server was fantastic, some food on the menu they didn't have to offer and told me once I was finished my meal. Price increase and less offers on the menu since the new management, I've been back a few times since the new owners hoping for a good experience but the burnt toast, less quantity, and delays today inspired this post. Server is always great and the biggest reason why I keep coming back.
