Got 50% sugar and no ice, definitely felt like 0% would have worked too given the chocolate and pudding. Crunch was a nice addition, but ended up with some questionable chocolate lumps at the end. Probably would not get again because of how decadent it was, but worth a shot before it's gone.
The staff here is incredible and kind. Today Uber Eats delivered my Chatime order to someone else. I couldn’t get in touch with Uber or the driver, so I called Chatime Aurora to see if maybe they could get Uber Eats’ phone number for me. They kindly offered to not only contact Uber Eats but also deliver my order themselves at no additional cost even though they are not the ones who made the mistake.Thank you so much!
