One of the best persian kabob places in the GTHA, the food is fantastic, the price is great and good service. Only issue is the place is a bit small and the Iranian families there are usually very rude and act like they own the place ( family of 4 taking 8 seats, people blocking the seats etc..). Place is clean and portions are good size. You will be fully satisfied with the food. The chrispy rice (tah dig) is top notch, complimentary soup is a nice touch.
I recently tried the koobideh here, and it was absolutely incredible! The meat was juicy, tender, and perfectly cooked—melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The flavors were rich and authentic, reminding me of true Persian cuisine. The portion size was generous, and the quality of the food was outstanding. It’s clear they use fresh ingredients and take pride in their dishes.
If you’re craving a perfectly seasoned, soft, and flavorful koobideh, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I’m an Asian male that is just beginning to eat more and more Persian food but also just new to it all. I’ve been eyeing this place for months and I finally went in. I was met with the most annoyed and confused looks as I began to understand what kind of food I could buy. They were rude and I knew I wasn’t welcome because the 2 women disappeared to the back. It was already not busy and I realized that waiting more than 2-3 minutes was going to get me nowhere here. I do not recommend this place. There are several other places (like the one across from TD Bank a couple of blocks down) that are similar. I had a much better experience there.
