We have been loyal customers for years and this time we ordered the same order we usually get and it came looking different and had incorrect ingredients. We called to rectify the issue and all we were presented with was a free appetizer or drink. What a joke! They were not willing to compensate the order or do anything to keep us as customers so with that they have lost our business completely. Customer service is a disappointment.
I love this restaurant! When we are in town we make a point to visit it. The food is beautifully presented and delicious. This time we tried the new thing we tried was bulgogi gyoza and it was fantastic! You will not be disappointed!!
This is my first post about Racism clearly brown is not welcome here. Brown people don't get a table here.
After waiting for 15mins for a table, I was told there is not table for you. I could see guess going in and other non reservations folks getting in (just different race)
Really disappointed that I had see with my small kiddo.
