One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the area with very good prices and great portions. My go to is the Pho Dac Biet and the large is indeed large! The broth has lots of flavour and the quantity and quality of meat is top notch. My only gripe is that the table for 2’s are a little tight so it’s best to get a bigger table if you can. Overall very modern and nice concept space with great staff. Highly recommended for anyone in the area!

The service is fast and with no frills. You come in fil out a form with menu items you want. They bring them to you, you eat, pay at the front and leave. They may or may not smile.
No sticky tables, no weird smells, no dirty hands. The inside is well lit and is almost too nice for a pho place. Which is a good thing I think.
Pho is good. Broth is flavourful and not overwhelming and the portion size is nice. We got the tripe tendon and raw beef. Plenty of beef, and tendon, skipped out a bit on the tripe to be honest. All needed sides additional bits and stuff is provided and is fresh. The fresh jalapeno was an interesting touch. The raw beef was presented like a slab of meat instead of pieces so that was not pleasant experience of having to peel it with care in order for it to be cooked in broth. The tendon was very soft and fall apart. I think it's store bought not in house made but that's a non issue. Overall worth the price you pay for it.
The fresh rolls are good. Smokey flovour with enough fresh salad to feel the crunch. The little on of them was...unique but the flavours ware solid and the dipping sauce is not watery. The price is a little high in my opinion.
The banhmi is a where I was a little disappointed because of the way the ingredients were stacked. All of the sauce ended up on the side of the sandwich which made it very soggy on one side and crunchy on the other. The bread they are made from is absolutely fantastic and the ingredients are fresh but they were not distributed evenly. Basically it was constructed like a hot dog when it is meant to be eaten like a sandwich. Also the whole sticks of coriander with leaves was a little much. Worth the price overall but just not presented well.
The drinks were just drinks. The coffee with milk was a little watery. The complimentary tea was....honestly? Very much diluted. The drink made from sour plum was .... Okay. I would not recommend getting the drinks here for the price charged.
Overall not a bad experience. Better than most, definitely not the best but it's fresh and filling and delicious which is what you want when craving pho.

Ordered two beef ball pho's on Uber eats for dinner, total $40 plus fees and tax. Received the broth and beef balls, no noodles. Uber eats refunded $4.49 Paid almost $50 for clear broth and beef balls, kids hungry. What a scam. Never ordering here again.

Soup was very good, not as salty as many other pho restaurants north of Toronto. however if their raw beef can add into the soup later will be better (maybe that just too personal taste)

Good foods! The grilled pork chop and rice is an absolute must. They know how to grill the meat perfectly. They are tender, juicy and charred. Absolutely delicious! The spicy special pho is just okay. The rice noodles are a bit soggy but the briskets are good!

food is not bad, very tasty pho actually. but when i went to the counter to pay, the boss lady didn’t bother giving me back my change. i was going to leave the change as a tip anyways but the assumption is very audacious. it made the whole atmosphere very weird too. that’s still technically my money at the end of the day, don’t straight up steal my money.
Very good pho. Would recommend!

This place was so delicious, it was also very cheap. As a Vietnamese person I could tell the food was very authentic and it tasted just like the food at home, I would recommend

A little bit salty for me, but I still love Bu Bo here.
We took take out 2 RARE BEEF RICE NOODLE SOUPs medium size. It was cost $40.00. Very delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant.
amazing amazing amazing!
best pho in york region!
got the classic rare beef and beef balls which was delicious! got two regular sizes, very large portions so a small would be enough next time
the vietnamese spring rolls were the best we have ever had! the insides were perfectly mixed so with every bite you get all of the ingredients. awesome flavour as well. the crunch was perfect from a perfect fry on them
the pho broth was rich and tasted homemade! the noodles were great, perfect portion on that! beef was good as well, but the beef balls stole the show with being. the best
the add ins of the fresh herbs and bean sprouts were super fresh and gave a nice crunch in our soup
the staff was so kind and helpful as well
very clean restaurant with how busy it is. turn around for a table is very fast and very clean
the vietnamese coffee with condensed milk (cold) was out of this world amazing. the flavour was a rich and strong coffee flavour with a slight sweetness. if you like strong coffee, this is for you. amazing and we would come back just for the coffee!
overall great experience and overall everything added up would be a 10/10
