Food was not freshed and oily. I talk with manager but I didn't get any support from the manager. Even though manager was arguing about that. The food was fresh but I showed him the burger. It was very oily. I think it was doubled fried again. So I am very disappointed and the my experience was very bad

Went to this Popeyes today for lunch on my work break. When I walked in, the whole store smelled like dirty mop water, which worried me, but the store is new and modern. The staff's English was difficult to understand, but they got the food put out quickly and warm. The food, however, made me really sick to my stomach about 2 hours after I ate it and that is why I'm giving a negative review. I got the standard chicken sandwich with mash potatoes as an FYI.

Service at the front was great, the girls working were friendly and quick. Fillet was so big but there was barely any chicken, just breading. It honestly felt like I was eating breadsticks instead of a sandwich, kitchen guy probably coats the chicken with more flour than usual. Man definitely needs more training on how to prepare the fillets properly.

This was my first ever visit at Popeyes and I felt genuinely welcoming. Saloni was the one who helped me choose a Vegetarian option as I'm a Vegetarian. The Cauliflower and the fries were so yummy. Saloni was professional, kind, and Knowledgeable. Overall, I loved my experience at the Popeyes 🙌

Amazing Popeyes location! Chicken was fresh, staff were friendly and seating are was clean

I have been going to the aurora location for many years and have never had a complaint until recently. I am guessing it’s new management as all the staff are different and the food is cold, dry and the gravy was watered down. We have still continued to go to this location until today was the last time as it’s continues to be no good.
