My 1st and last time...very very rude and impolite old lady. Unbelievably with awful attitude. I am not sure how she works there, likely she is the owner. She has no idea how to treat a person (customer). I am not more if she knows she lives in Canada.
Horrible customer service. The lady working there was rude. Took the bread from me aggressively when I said I don't want it .
Simple Iranian bakery offering taftoon, lavash and barbari bread. Nice and simple. They would widen their offerings to attract more clients.
The best Lavash I’ve ever had in Toronto👍
I get my breads from this bakery; the breads are fresh and delicious, pleasant environment and nice people working there; thank you
Very bad customer service and very rude employee, never recommend to anyone…….
Impolite old lady
They old Lady is so rude and aggressive
Very Rude and impolite
Also they didn’t take care of hygiene
I love Shatter Noruz Bakery for their delicious taftoon—it’s always fresh, soft, and full of that authentic Persian flavor. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome every time. Great bread, great people—highly recommend!

I’m ONLY giving the 2 stars because the bread is actually good, especially the Lavash Bread. But OMG the lady that serves you has the worst attitude, she acts like you owe her something. Fix your attitude, you’re killing your business!

The bread is very tasty and good. The man making the bread is very nice, but the lady is so rude and has a very bad attitude. If you don't want to have this business, why do you work there? Let your husband run the business and hire a nice person to sell the bread. You are ruining your husband's business

Bread is amazing, definitely one of the best lady there isn't the friendliest so does need some imorovements in customer service. But I went in at 4:30pm and despite hours on the website and the sign out front says they close at 5 on Sunday it was closed. If it was 10 minutes before, I'd let it go, but I drove out of the way to make it 30 minutes before closing kind of disappointing.
