I usually enjoy stopping by Tim Hortons, and this location at the gas station seemed convenient. The coffee is consistently good, and it’s usually a smooth experience. However, my recent visit was anything but.
One of the workers there clearly didn’t understand anything I was saying. I ordered three coffees, and she handed me only two. When I pointed this out, she said I’d need to pay for the third one—which, fine, mistakes happen. But then things got ridiculous. Instead of charging me for the third coffee, she somehow managed to use my card to pay for the car behind me. Yes, you read that right. She charged me for someone else’s order.
When I pointed this out, she claimed that I had paid for the car behind me, as if it was my choice or mistake. Let’s be clear: it wasn’t. It was her mistake to even scan my card like that. Not only was the whole situation confusing and frustrating, but the lack of accountability was infuriating. This is unacceptable customer service, and honestly, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location anytime soon.

I come here often to get coffee or a nice little treat. The staff are super friendly and are always working hard to provide quick service. I’ve been served coffee by Mini many times and she always made me feel welcomed and at home by asking how things are going and sharing a smile or laugh. And she’ll do so even when multitasking like three different orders!!! It’s insane. I appreciate the customer service and atmosphere. It’s a great Tim Hortons.

bad customer service at this morning. The cashier lady who is inpatient to help me for using Tim’s mobile app and keep pushing me to pay by the debit card which I have 10K points can be used.

Awful service. Had to wait 15 minutes for a bagel. And look at the bagel. It was so hard to chew. And all the butter was on the bag not on the bagel. They were just running for drive thru and ignoring front customers. Before that i ordered icecap mocha and gaved me regular after waiting for 20mints seriously is that how long it takes????

Wouldn't recommend I get extra sugar cane in my ice coffee's get charged for it they just put triple cream in all of them no sweetener at all? Bring one back in they said ok and just add more cream after explaining it's the wrong thing... Four cream no sugar is disgusting. Not 100% if they were trained properly or what the issue is but would just go to McDonald's next time it's the next light.

Food was good but not good service at all they made us pull out of the drive thru to bring out our food after so long getting it prepared.
I go here every weekend to avoid Other terrible establishment’s scattered across our ‘once’ great Country, and today they forgot to give me 2 items that I see I have paid for through my Bank; anyways all in all they are very inconsistent when hearing orders and giving out drive-thru orders, sometimes may not hear you through the microphone even when you stop right next to it. They are very hard workers and I feel for them just be more consistent. I am at my breaking point with a lot of these establishments and how they are being led.
