Sadly, this has happened to me three times now at this Tim Hortons location. The most recent incident was on October 1st — they confirmed my order for Potato Wedges, charged me, handed me a bottle of water instead, and said I’d receive a refund. The refund never showed up.
On another occasion, they charged me for a Latte but gave me black coffee instead after 10 min and said our machine is broken. I didn’t accept it, and again, they said I’d be refunded — but nothing ever came through.
This was at Tim Hortons #32. I’ll definitely be following up with a complaint to understand why this keeps happening, why they are being so rude, and whether this has happened to other customers as well.
Great service at this Tim Hortons! Mini was so friendly and welcoming, and she handled my order quickly and with a smile. It’s always nice to be served by someone who goes the extra mile—thank you, Mini, for making the visit such a positive experience
