I went through the drive through and I ordered a medium iced coffee. I left in a hurry and when I got to my destination I opened my drink and it was Baylee’s iced coffee. Now many people like this but Baylee’s it’s self makes me sick. This is poor service and they need to pay attention when someone orders. Someone can be highly sensitive to certain drink or flavour and can make them sick.

I love the staff here they are all awesome but I am getting challenged by the fact that by the time noon rolls around they don't seem to have any inventory and the franchisee does not have any desire to replenish their inventory so I don't get the things that I want and I don't think this is right for a fast food

Check your foods before you leave the drive-through. They didn't put sauce on my sandwich. Burnt my toated bagel. It was not edible. Coffee was cold. The drive through personal was extremely rude taking the order. Management should put ppl with an aunce of mannerism at drive-through.

I have never written a review for a Tim Hortons before, but todays service was so exceptional I had to. I was served by Usha at the drive thru and her professionalism and service made me wish that every Tim Hortons was like this one !
