I saw a white employee young man was respectful and polite I seen some reviews here about poor hygiene why don’t you use a glass cover for the donuts and don’t give people rotten lettuce treat people with dignity these liberals gave you a chance make difference this ain’t back home either we live by a standard in this country 🇨🇦

Terrible food. Got a breakfast bagel. Lettuce was starting to go bad and there was not enough filling to cover the bagel. Asked for whole wheat and got some sort of many grain . No napkin.

I order a coffee every day and I come yesterday Tuesday early morning and they give coffee dark roast just warm and taste awful I called the guy I explained to him. He told me come back to give you another coffee. I was in a highway, I can’t come back he said next time you come and we give you the fresh one. I come the next day I speak to the manager in the morning and she said sorry about that and she charged me instead to give me the free coffee like they promised me that what happen when you’re hiring unprofessional people to be serving publicly and Same as a manager my next option to go for other coffee shops

Passed by yesterday to grab a bagel and it's horrible. Both the taste and texture... were not okay! Disappointed about the food quality.
Drive thru had Rawinder on window this afternoon and I ordered an ice capp. I then proceeded to ask if I can add something else at the window to my order. I saw there was someone behind me therefore I told her nevermind but she ensured to take my additional order at the window with a customer behind me waiting. They did not have what I had requested but I appreciated her kind customer service! Keep up the great service - ice capp tastes great!
