It's a shame that there isn't a 0-star rating. This location is an absolute disgrace to the chain. I've spoken to managers twice and Head Office FOUR TIMES and no changes.When the kids from Aurora High School come in with their pizza boxes, take up all the seats, and BUY NOTHING, no manager or staff seems to have the nerve to tell them to get out, take their feet off the chairs, or even quiet down.It's the WORST Tim Horton's location I've ever seen!

I went into this Tim Hortons location with 3 other people and they ALL agree that the service was horrible! Firstly, they gave us our iced cappe in a broken cup, and did not replace it but gave us a new cup and told us to figure it out… Next we ordered cookies and while I was looking for my card the cashier said “Hurry up, there’s a lineup,” and then she kissed her teeth at us!! There was no line and no cars in the drive thru. Overall, I am VERY disappointed and will be looking forward to new workers!

I had a wonderful time at this Tim Horton location. All the employees had smiles and were friendly. I bought lots of food and drink for me and my whole family. We dined for over an hour. The whole restaurant was clean, peaceful and quiet. Me and my family all left in a good mood. I would definitely recommend others to buy from this store to my friends
Rude service, going through the drive thru in the middle of making my order I was cut off and I never got to finish. On top of that they got made my sandwich incorrect, I've been going to this location for years but I'm debating on discontinuing going if this is how it's going to be.
