As a high schooler that’s from the high school nearby, just letting y’all know that the students secretly bring in vape pens and just vape without a care for anyone and are loud as hell. Saying this as a 12th grader who’s just tired of the younger grades, just thought I’d let y’all know

Absolutely ridiculous as I had been told to go back around the drive through to change my order SINCE they denied me the $4 single burger !!!!???? I said ok then please give me a frosty staff member replied " no you need to drive around to begin a NEW !!!??? order " that is NOT customer service it's saying " get lost"

Went to the drive thru at 9:20pm and they said they were closed even though the closing time is at 10pm. I get staff start closing when they have no buisness but at least stick to your store hours instead of being hostile and insisting that your closed 40 minutes before closing time.

Lady was sweet at the counter, she seemed new and a mistake was made but she had perfectly addressed the situation.
A co worker she was working with was blatantly rude to her. The lemonade machine malfunctioned when dispensing but he was fully being arrogant about it- even going to lengths of telling her to shut up. It was weird and wild to see.

We had a very negative experience here today... We went through the drive through and ordered what we always order. We pull away and realize there's a sandwich missing. We go back through the drive through to have it corrected and the girl put on a show with the manager (?) standing beside him asking what to do. It's like she didn't believe us that we didn't get the one sandwich. After they went back and forth a bit in their native tongue I heard the manager say "whatever" and she reluctantly told us to go park and someone would bring it out to us in three minutes. SEVEN MINUTES LATER a guy comes out staring me down in the car, hands me the burger and does't utter a word, no sorry for the inconvenience, sorry for the delay, NOTHING. He just turned around and walked away. What the hell is this service?! We didn't make the mistake and we're the bad guys? Utterly rediculous customer service at this location. The employees here need to brush up on their customer service skills A LOT. Myself being in the service industry, if my employees did this they'd be fired - pronto. Smarten up.

It’s a nice Wendy’s but for some reason my fries are always cold and soggy from this location ( and let’s face it, there is nothing worse than that ).
The custom coke machine is what keeps me coming back :).
Kid-friendliness: It’s your typical fast-food establishment that is kid friendly. The kids meals toys are not my son’s favourite though.
