Passed by this place all the time but never stopped in. What a mistake. Passing through at noon today and swung in. The burger platter was excellent. real tasting meat on a tosted bun and super crispy fries. The cole slaw could have had a bit more zing but it was OK. No more passing by, I'm going to time my trips and work my way through the menu.
Amazing experience! We are new parents and found the thought of dining out with our toddler to be daunting, we were a bit nervous but decided it was time to go out to eat as a family. The owner was so friendly, kind and so understanding.The diner is small but holds so much character, the decor is cool and kept our daughter captivated. Also the pices were very reasonable. I love this restaurant! They are friendly and diligent about food allergies and sensitivities.The old diner feel is a great atmosphere. It's the perfect place to stop if you're in the area for local activities or on your way to Ottawa.
