It's a Tim's. It's lunch time. And no chilli. The layout for food prep is so spread out and employees have to run from one end to the other to prepare food or get coffee. Time consuming. The quality isn't there anymore.
These owners need to open their eyes and see how the people work with no help or support from them. Service is so slow due to lack of help these people work like dogs to keep up 20 min wait for a coffee. Unacceptable I feel for the

During the week, this is my go to Tim’s in Aylmer. The food and drinks are good and the service is fast! However, the weekend shift here is awfully slow! The quality of the food and drinks is subpar and it takes forever to get them! This is the bagel I was handed on Saturday…like what happened to it? And why was that even served to someone? But sadly, when you go this Tim’s on the weekend this is the kind of service you can expect.
