Me and my two friends went here for lunch and honestly, this place is straight-up trash now. We waited over 30 damn minutes just to get drinks and the place wasn’t even busy. The server couldn’t care less, didn’t look at us once, no refills, no follow-up, nothing. Just made us sit there like idiots.
The sandwiches were whatever, but the new menu is total garbage. Who the hell serves a “Big Breakfast” but not a classic one? Makes zero sense. It just shows how greedy the new management is all about money, not about people or service.
Prices are stupidly high for the crap they serve, and the service is a complete joke. This used to be a decent spot, but now it’s gone to absolute shit. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

This place has gone down hill, I use to eat here regularly, I stopped going because of the poor service after the ownership changed. Today I thought I would give it another try, I got a burger and it was not cooked in the middle, the burger was not even hot. The serve didn't check on us once the food was at the table.
Your response saying you checked on us multiple times is lies, go look at your cameras again. Yes your server made small talk as we were seated and took our order. However she didn't check on us after the food was on the table. Also you didn't void our entire bill, you just didn't charge us for the Raw burger you served me. I will add it made me sick later in the day from the 2 bites I took.
So to anyone reading this and considering eating here, don't go eat elsewhere there are lots of options in Cambridge, unless you like getting sick from the food they serve.

We stopped for Brunch today and were shocked at the prices! $13.99 for a burger and almost $4 more for fries and coleslaw. $16:00 for a clubhouse and $4;00 for fries and coleslaw! We got up and left after paying $8 for 1 coffee and 1 tea. This was not a 5 star restaurant!

I've been coming here for year's you used to have to wait for a table as they were so busy.
After new management the Prices keep going up and service gets worse every time I'm here. Keep thinking maybe I'll get a different waitress and things will be better but no doesn't seem to matter you can be the only customer and still get lousey service Good luck trying to get a refill on drinks. I asked for a second coffee was told they were closing soon she wasn't going to make another pot. Wait forever for someone to seat you or come to take your order. And a never ending wait to get the bill and they don't return with your change several times this had happened to me and others I've spoke to. Sad to see another once good restaurant go downhill after being here for do many years. Staff is unbelievable and not on a good way. This will be my last time coming here.

Found a piece of hard metal in my takeout. Thankfully didn’t bite into it. Online ordering doesn’t go through half the time and you end up waiting. Have found hair in my food in the past. Will not be returning unless they work on their cleanliness and food contamination issues. The waitresses are very nice though
Terrible. Got the big breakfast that included 3 eggs, bacon, sausage etc. Only got served 2 eggs, bacon was cold, sausages were not cooked very well. Service sucked. Overall a disgusting place to come. Used to be good at one time. Must be owned by Indians now. Quality went downhill.

when i ordered a poutine it came with just gravey and fries and no cheese , when i asked where the cheese was they said you only asked for a poutine , from where i am that is what a poutine is .
