Visited their restaurant on November 20, 2025 for the first time. We moved into Ayr this past year and wanted to try R.A.'s Place. Tried their Hawley Combo burgers. Found the food extremely good. Everything was freshly prepared. They support gluten clients (good news). Met up with the owner and the staff. We will return to try other menu items..

Just stumbled upon this gem tonight!! Wow, smash burger was AMAZING!! Best I have EVER had!! Fries were great as well, crisp on the outside, soft on inside … with the oerfrct amount Cajun spice!! I will be back.

R.A.'s Place Restaurant offers delicious food and great service. The smash burger is fantastic, with a thick and juicy patty and a soft, warm bun. The poutine stays hot and the fries are phenomenal, thick, crisp, and seasoned well, with great flavour and crispy edges. The menu has a great variety of pitas with tasty toppings and sauces. Prices are amazing, especially for the combo meals. The staff is friendly and efficient, working together to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Customers can also enjoy a loyalty card for a free meal after the tenth purchase. The smash burger was amazing, the best ever had! Fries were great as well, crisp on the outside, soft on the inside with the perfect amount of Cajun spice. They provide great meals and healthy options. The owner was great, allowing a picky kid to sample the house sauce. The double smash burger with fries did not disappoint. You won't find a better burger in the area! The store was well maintained, clean and had sufficient space to park. The Barbarian burger with 4 patties and bacon was good. The Hawkley burger was fantastic, seasoned well and a good size for a combo.
