They didn't have English breakfast tea which is odd. Every other Tims I've been to has English breakfast tea. I had to get Orange Pekoe instead.

This restaurant never gets the order right and are one of the slowest around for service. It's such a frustrating experience going there, I just avoid it.

I don’t understand why it is ALWAYS so slow. 5+ min in drive thru even with only 2 cars. Coffee is consistent but the food is terrible. Always stale, always dry. Thanks for the tuna melt with no tuna.

Edited for one star. It’s getting worse there by the day.

I’ve stopped into this Tim’s many times while visiting my grandparents, and I’ve always been pleased with both the service and the food. Everything is timely and fresh, consistently living up to the standards I’ve known since I was a kid.

My food was horrible. The lettuce was brown. The workers where mean and barely talked. I waited 20 minutes for two drinks and two sandwiches. The new renovation is terrible the old place was MUCH better.

Go into the dinning room to order since drive thru is too long. No one there to take your order. Spends 150k on Reno’s but can’t hire workers embarrassing

This tims is completely disorganized. 4 separate instance I've had my order messed up with missing items and my coffee too watery.

There's no simple teamwork and organization for the lunch hour rush. One person who isn't strong for the bagel/sandwich station is being put there while everyone else stands and watches while the bottleneck. This reflects poorly on management because this is such an incredibly simple issue to resolve.

Im so disappointed in this Tims.
