I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons today. I noticed flies sitting on the Timbits, which is completely unacceptable for any food establishment. I brought it to the attention of a staff member, expecting them to take immediate action — but to my surprise, she completely ignored it and did nothing. It was careless and honestly quite unhygienic. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures proper cleanliness and staff accountability moving forward.

Is English not a requirement to work at Tim's I couldn't understand the girl at the drive though. Guy at the window was rude .She hands me my coffee holding the top and bottom of the cup with marker sticking out of her bottom hand.

I observed a staff member handling food without proper hygiene protocols. Specifically, they were wearing a glove on one hand but not on the other — and were using the ungloved hand to touch food (Timbits). This raises concerns about food safety practices. Additionally, it's unclear whether staff who handle food are required to wear hairnets and beard nets, but it did not appear to be enforced at the time. I believe Tim Hortons should review and address these hygiene standards more closely. This feedback doesn’t come from a place of criticism, but rather from a constructive perspective. The intention is to help ensure that food handling practices are safe and consistent for the benefit of both customers and staff. I believe Tim Hortons may want to take a closer look at this to improve implementation and maintain high standards across all locations.

Food itself was pretty good, although the preparation was almost the worst ive ever had. i ordered a chocolate creamy chill, which normally has lots of whipped cream on it, and not only did he have to ask if i wanted any, but he also put the tiniest little dollop i have ever seen. Other than that the experience was pretty alright.

I come here frequently and most tines my coffee tastes more like the creamer than my coffee :( so gross last time I had to throw it out. It's very awkward when there's so much staff and yet there's a line up of customers to the door yet nobody comes to the till

THEY ARE OVERCHARGING PEOPLE. A large steeped tea costs $2.40 but they charged me $5.18 for two. When I informed the employees this wasn't right, they confirmed these two prices and both included tax. When I told them 2 should cost $4.80 and that they're over charging people, the employees said there's nothing they can do. I bought them individually and left.
As a general review, my family and I have a rule and that's if there is more than 3 cars in the drive thru, we go to another one. It's always slow, even if I'm the only car in the drive thru.
After the over charging issue and the employee's "don't care" attitude, I'll be rethinking about going here at all.
Drive through lady was so busy trying to rush the order, couldn’t even get it right. How does the word LARGE sound like a medium. Sheesh.

Great food as always but this location has been dismal when it comes to service. I stop by this place on my way to Paris but every time at around 4-5pm, the same employees tend to spend their time talking and ignoring the front order specially the fellow that makes the pizza. They could use some ethical and diversity training as the employees just chit chat and spend time not focusing on customers specifically at the counter. I’m so embarrassed to leave a poor rating but hopefully things will improve.
