They really know what they are doing. Absolutely delicious drinks and food. Bright and comfortable space that’s queer friendly. Best brewery and distillery I’ve been to—there’s something for everyone!

Great food and wonderful service

The restaurant/atmospher was really nice. The service was great. They don't do flights, but offer $1.00 1oz samples of everything on tap and gin mule. I tried the Hell larger, Vienna larger, Imperial Stout (Doom), and Gin Mule. All of which we decent.
We also shared the hamburger and fries. It was good, ingredients tasted fresh, I personally would have liked a pop in flavour, like a pickle or onion coming through. I felt like the flavor just faded. It just needed a pop of something. Otherwise it was great, no complaints.

I like that I don’t need to drive all the way to Ayr to enjoy their gin because of their St. Jacobs location in the Farm Market. The strawberry rhubard gin is my fave in the summer, and for Xmas, the gingerbread gin pairs wonderfully with eggnog and cinnamon. Prices are good too, better than LCBO. Buy local.

Great food, great drinks

We had dinner tonight with a party of 15 people, it was family style, and the food was incredible! The staff were also wonderful and the restaurant is beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Spent the afternoon here at Willibald and it was perfect. The weather was amazing for November. They had a craft show on as well but that isn't every weekend but it was the reason we decided to drive down.

We had lunch at the restaurant and we tried the Aloha and Fungi pizzas. Both were really good. The crust was perfectly cooked and airy throughout. Service was excellent with the bartender coming over to share the recipe to one of the cocktails. Of course, we had to grab the Barrel Gin to go along.

They have a licensed patio to enjoy the beers you just purchased as well. Drink responsibly!

Beautiful, cozy spot with amazing beer, cocktails and delicious food. My husband and I particularly enjoyed their IPAs and truffle mushroom pizza. The gingerbread gin cocktail was also amazing. Will definitely be back!

First of all this is a great brewery and distillery. Good gins and beers. And the gin mule. Amazing! Now to top it off they have a great restaurant. Food is wonderful. I had one of the pizzas and the crust was out of this world. The pizza was hot and fresh. The table next to us had pasta and burgers. Looked great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about their products. Tried a few beers and sampled some gin. The gingerbread gin was surprisingly good . They have vegetarian and vegan options. Plenty of parking. Reservation recommended especially in winter when only indoor seating available. Worth stopping in.

The service was quite good and the location is beautiful. The food was fairly good, but nothing out of this world. What’s frustrating is that the $3.50 drinks you can buy from the retail shop become $11 when you order them in the restaurant 15ft over. Yes — the drinks that they make on property have a markup 300% for the privilege of drinking it out of a glass. Otherwise, it was a good experience!

Honestly, a small town Ontario GEM that is worth a day trip to. Everything about this place is legit. The playlist, the gin cocktails, the food and the service. Staff are lovely, the creme brulée is perfect, and the aesthetics so rustic meets chic. Go here!

We have stopped in to Willibald a few times to enjoy some food and drinks. The outdoor patio is fantastic on a nice summer or fall day. We really enjoy having a gin and tonic. Their barrel aged gin has a great flavour. The service is great and the staff are friendly.
We brought home a great beer to try and it was a nice tasting beer. We will definitely be back again.

Adorable hidden gem! The seasonal gingerbread mule cocktail is how I found out this place existed and I've been coming back for it the last few years. Their pre-mixed cocktails are fantastic. Great selection of beers as well. The food is the real winner though. Pizza is consistently outstanding and anything else I've tried has been excellent. Highly recommend a visit!
