Last night's dining experience at Willibalds was nothing short of incredible. The "Spirit Dinner" featuring a 5-course cocktail and food pairing was a unique journey through the restaurant's distilling history. Each course, inspired by their vodka, gin (x2), whiskey, and beer, was a masterpiece of creativity and flavor. The presentation was impeccable, adding to the overall experience. The service was attentive and friendly, enhancing the warmth of the environment. This was by far the best pairing event I have ever attended, excelling in every aspect from the cocktails and food to the service and ambiance. Willibald's truly delivered an outstanding dining experience. I hope these special entrees make it to their regular menu! Tuna Ceviche, Thai Smoked Pork Terrine, Grilled Flank Steak, Smoked Duck Ham, Apple Tarte Tatin...yum. Thanks team!

Lovely food and lovely drinks. Went when it wasn't too busy and didn't have to wait too long. Shame about our server though!! She was very miserable and it was like it was an inconvenience that we came!! Put a smile on the dial gal and we will be back!!

Nice place service not so much. It was not busy and our services was very sub par. Had to remind our server of our second drink order. We also need a takeout box for our pizza and well that seemed to be an impossible task. Once we got our bill seemed like we didn’t matter anymore.

This place is a nice little hideway for drinks the set up is nice and inviting and the staff are great ! The cocktails are prity sweet had a few there great to sit there and just chill out so much to try dident have the food cuse we where there for drinks only but the food smelled so good we will Definitely be back for more drinks and to try the food next time

Well. Mixed review. The beer and the drinks were really good. City slicker and the dipa were really good. Koodo to the brew master. The food was also really good. We had the pepper pizza and the beef tartar. The reason for the 3 was that everything took sooooooo long. We sat at the bar and it took 15 min before anyone even talked to us. Several people walked by many times, not a word. Finally we got to order drinks. The other issue that we had was paying to “taste” a beer before we commit. I understand that people take advantage of samples, but it came across as nickel and diming us. Second beer, they forgot I ordered so took another 20 min to get the beer. Good beers. Mediocre experience. I have really been looking forward to checking this place out. Was a little disappointed.

The food was pretty good. The drinks were not served in pint glasses (although I can get them served in pint glasses at other restaurants, which is odd). The seltzers came in small cans or even smaller glasses from the taps. The service was incredible but the prices were high. I guess everything is getting expensive but this was Charcoal Steakhouse expensive. The front retail sold drinks for $3.50. But they were $11 in the restaurant. I don’t know…just don’t feel like we got value for the $130 meal for 2 people (tipped 20% still as the service was excellent).

Great service and very tasty food. We were there for lunch and only pizzas and soup of the day was available. Pizzas were delicious and filling. Hot apple cider was great as was the beer. Beautiful location, even in the winter. Lots of indoor seating and parking available. Restaurant uses their own farm raised meat and produce and supports local farmers for what they don’t produce. Very farm to table menu along with their own spirits and beer. Retail shop available to purchase their products is also in house Worth the drive down a dirt road to get there!
