Just ordered a brisket sub, and it was awesome. I rarely go to subway because I always feel rushed down the assembly line. However this time was different, Rebecca took her time, and care too make me an amazing sub. I will definitely be going back to this subway!

I ordered 3 foot long subs 2 days ago on the app. I drove to pick them up to find the doors locked. On the app it said I picked them up at 745 pm. I have been waiting this whole time for a refund of my money and have gotten nothing but a runaround and a whole bunch of excuses. I went this morning to try and speak to a person and the this location once again had the doors locked 20 minutes after they were supposed to be open. I wouldn't even think about using this location unless you want to be ripped off and upset. 48 hours later they kept my 40 dollars and I have nothing to show for it but an empty stomach and no sign of getting my money back. Buyer beware

$25 for 2 foot long ham subs with just a few toppings. What a joke. The ham was thinly layered. Probably $3 worth of ingredients on a pathetically over priced sandwich. Goto No Frills grab a few fresh buns, some sliced ham, Italian dressing, the rest you probably have at home.
It's a Subway like any other. Nothing more, nothing less. I know exactly what I was expecting and that's what I got.

I ordered the Teriyaki Rice Bowl. The rice wasn't fully cooked and there was very little chicken. I basically paid $13 for salad and I'm still hungry. It was a huge disappointment.

Very slow service. I could have driven to New Hamburg and had my food faster from PitaPit. The employee was not sociable and did not seem to want to be there. One person in front of me and it took nearly 20 minutes to get my food. Maybe retraining is needed to help the employee learn the menu and faster service. Or at least a second team member to improve speed of service. If I see this staff working, I will think twice about going in line for food here

I was there this evening with my 4 sons before football practice. I was in a rush. The young man was very polite and fast, he was friendly and kind which reminded me to leave a review. It’s always so refreshing to have service with a smile. I will be back.
