This was my go to tim hortons until they also charged me 3.45 for a half a cup of French vanilla. So frustrating. CLEARLY NO CARE HERE I JUST WENT BACK AND GOT THE SAME THING HALF A CUP.

Brutal wait times. Staff 80% of the time screw up my order. I make an effort to drive to the one at Ira Needles because they take instruction better. There are elderly staff that slow down everything and the East Indian manager seems constantly angry about everything. Poor customer service. Only good thing...they give free dog timbits.

Didn’t have bagels at 9:00, also didn’t have eggs last week. How are you a tim hortons with no eggs? Place sucks and whoever does the ordering is incompetent.
This Tim's is my preferred Tim's in the area. The service is always faster, more accurate, and usually more friendly. Inside, I find the overall cleanliness standards seem higher than in the New Hamburg location. So, unless it's a known downtime for a coffee shop.., if I am meeting someone for a coffee it at this Tim's. Even though I live in New Hamburg. I'd rather drive a few extra km. To me? It's worth it.
