Had a glass of wine there. It was ök. The place seemed a little messy and unorganized.
The food and drinks here are good. We ordered a charcuterie board for two and the prosciutto pizza. The view on the property is nice. The only problem was that there only seemed to be two girls taking orders and serving everybody so service was slow. We ended up being there for nearly 2.5 hours with long wait times in between for the waitress to touch base with the table / bring the food
Rolling Grape was the perfect venue for our wedding!
When my husband and I first considered Rolling Grape, we began communicating with the event manager, Brittany. Brittany was wonderful to work with—her kindness drew us in, and her excellent customer service sealed the deal. She answered all of our questions promptly, provided relevant updates, and went the extra mile to make our day special. We continued to work with Brittany throughout our wedding planning and felt exceptionally well taken care of.
On the wedding day, the Rolling Grape staff did an amazing job taking care of our guests. They were efficient in serving food and drinks and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work, which was great to see!
Many guests told us that our wedding was the best they had ever attended, highlighting the beauty of the scenery, the delicious food and drinks, and the attentive staff.
If you want a unique wedding that you and your guests will never forget, we highly recommend Rolling Grape!
This was unfortunately a very disappointing experience. My husband and I made a reservation in advance as we were celebrating an occasion and the brunch charcuterie board required a reservation. We were looking forward to this.
We arrived and ordered our drinks and the brunch charcuterie board for two. The menu description for this is as follows (both on the rolling grape website and from the menu we were given in person when seated) "selection of cured meats, artisan cheeses, candied bacon, Dill cream cheese, smoked salmon, whipped berry cream cheese, with fresh fruit baked goods and chefs weekly featured frittata." When our "board for two" arrived, we were thinking that another board must be on its way with the meats and cheeses. Everything else listed was presented to us, with no cheese or meat in sight. After waiting, we could clearly see that nothing else was being brought to our table. When I asked our waitress where the meats and cheese WERE, she initially said that nothing was missing and then said "oh, there are some cheese pieces they add sometimes". I asked why meats and cheeses are included in the description of what we ordered and she then left to go to the kitchen, and returned a few minutes later with TWO slices of meat and four little cheese cubes. I am still stunned by the dismissive service and the fact that the items that we were excited to have with our wine, were not included until I had to make it clear that that was what we were there to have. On a charcuterie board for two.
While the menu sounds wonderful, this was our first visit and experience here. I don't feel confident to make another reservation to try again unfortunately. If your charcuterie board does not include the very first items listed, please update the menu to reflect this.
*Updating this review after reading the response from the owner. His response indicates that we were unsure of what we were ordering. It is clearly shown in the menu that is brought to the table as well as the menu that is shown online on the rolling grape website that these items are what comes with the brunch charcuterie. The first two items listed are meats and cheeses with the brunch board for two. We did not make a mistake in being confused about what we were ordering. Not only a disappointing experience but now a very disappointing response from the owner as well. I've amended my review to one star and we will definitely not be returning.
Sunday brunch - loud music we couldn’t talk over (not even a relaxing or social genre of music playing), had to ask for plates and cutlery with our pizza and when it came it was cheap paper plates at risk of blowing away in the wind, and self-serve water? Expected way more class from a vineyard brunch.
Great staff and beautiful outdoor patio on a hot summer day. Delicious food. Kids enjoyed their pizza. Outdoor venue space for weddings looked absolutely amazing.
We loved this place! The scenery was very nice and the fire oven pizza and wine were delicious and reasonably priced. The service was very good and overall deserves a 5 star review.
We didn't have a nice time here, we went last Thursday for wine around 7pm. We were seated promptly and then waiting 20 minutes, finally a server came over, only to bark that we shouldn't be sitting there. Another 10 minutes went by and still no one came, so we left.
Not impressed with their wine. Seems to be a less mature vineyard. Food was good though.
First visit ever, Johannah Vanderleeuw was entertaining. We were impressed with the red wines from such a young vineyard. Our table of 9 had several charc boards and pizzas. All the food, to a person was delicious and plentiful. Our principal and other servers were professional and helpful. The entertainment was exceptional, so much so
I commented separately, but a perfect accompaniment. Our next visit will be brunch for sure.

Great vibes. So lucky to have this spot in Bailieboro! The location is really beautiful, with tons of outdoor seating. Service was top notch, good explanations & suggestions, and very dog friendly. Wines were mostly easy drinking, and really complimented the food. The charcuterie & cheese board was favourite of the whole group, loved the local emphasis.
Update: the brunch board is so good and a great price! They do wine cocktails now and the strawberry white wine mojito is excellent.
We had a horrible experience here. I booked a 15 person reservation for a bachelorette 4 months in advance. When we arrived, they had nothing set up for us and had called me 5 times that day because they had got the reservation confused with another one. It was very windy and for an expensive winery, they only had paper napkins and paper plates. Everything kept blowing off our table and when I asked for a solution, they told us to pick up rocks from the ground (the dirty rocks that everyone had been walking on) and put them on our plates! We had no water on our table, the waitress forgot two drink orders, and our pizza order was never put in even though we double checked (after almost two hours we realized the pizza was definitely not coming). I was also never told that certain menu items would not be available if there was a wedding happening. The whole reason we booked this place was for the wine tasting, which we were told we couldn't do because there wasn't enough glasses. I thought maybe the wind issue was a rare occurrence but the staff told me it happens all the time and that they constantly have to clean up napkins, etc that get blown around. This place is not cheap. I expected an elegant winery experience but I felt like I was at a low grade picnic — at best. It took us over 20 minutes to get someone to tell us how to check out. Lastly, we had someone with allergies who called ahead to see what she could order as an alternative. She was told that yes, they could substitute. But then when we got there, the wait staff refused. So disappointing.
We had our wedding here in July 2024! The grounds are gorgeous (spectacular sunset views!), and Brittany and the whole event team were incredible to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was lovely. Highly recommend if you are looking to book for a wedding!
Excellent pizza, sangria and Vibe. We sat outside and there was a band playing. It felt like a vacation spot. The server was lovely, but didn't check on us after our meal was dropped off. Hopefully that's not a common occurrence. Overall it was a great experience and the pizza was the best!
What a complete disappointment. One of the things we wanted to do on our visit to our relatives in Canada was go.to the local winery near their home. Made reservations and arrived. Blonde gal said come this way. She sat us behind the pizza kitchen next to the wood fired oven in the hot sun with no view other than the stacks of Mason jars on the unused small refrigerators . We asked - can we sit in front of the kitchen - in the shade with a view of the grape vines - the answer was no - all our reservations are for specific tables and you can't change. No I'm sorry or any other explanation - she pointed up to a large tent up the hill and she said all the action is up there anyway and she walked away. Huh ? So we sat for one drink and ordered tacos - we walked from our table around the kitchen and indeed it was picturesque - there were many empty tables in that area but nope all the tables were taken due to the "reservations" the food was sub par - but the attitude was worse. The low point of our trip - roll on by the grapes unless you want to be treated like you don't really matter.
