“Linda and I discovered the South Glengarry a few months ago, loved it, and have visited several times. Yesterday we arrived for supper and were warned that service might be a bit slow because they were short-handed. However, we were seated promptly, and served not only by the regular waitress but also by Abby, who confided to us that she was usually a dishwasher but was helping out in the dining room. Abby did a fantastic job, getting us waters and additional napkins and wet wipes (Wing Night, yum!), always eager to please and with a smile on her face. We were most impressed with her abilities and recommend her for a waitress position if and when it becomes available. And the food was delicious, as usual!”

The place is clean, service is fast, and the food is fresh and consistent with what you’d expect from McDonald’s. The outdoor seating area is a nice touch if you want to sit and relax for a bit instead of rushing back on the road. Great spot for travelers!”
