I had read a mix of good and bad reviews about this location, so I decided to give it a try myself. It was my first time visiting this Amir in Les Coteaux, and I was honestly very impressed.
The food was super fresh the salad was crisp, the rice and potatoes were perfectly cooked, and the garlic sauce was delicious. I ordered a chicken shawarma plate, and everything on it tasted great and well-prepared.
The service was amazing, very welcoming and professional. The place was extremely clean, smelled nice, and even the washrooms were spotless. You can clearly see that the team works very hard every day to deliver quality food and service.
I’ve been to some Amir locations before where I couldn’t even properly digest the food, but this location is different. I’m confidently giving them 5 stars. It was absolutely worth my money, and I will definitely be coming back.

“My dining experience at Parasol was a delightful journey of flavor and abundance, and I'm still recovering—in the best way possible. I ordered what I thought was a single takeout meal, only to be presented with what could generously be described as a week's worth of food. I'm not complaining, mind you; I'm just impressed. My leftovers have been a constant, delicious companion for two days straight, and I'm pretty sure I've developed a deeper, more meaningful relationship with them than with some of my past relationships. The price for this epicurean adventure? Shockingly affordable. It felt less like paying for a meal and more like being handed a culinary inheritance.
Beyond the mountain of food, the takeout service was fantastic. The woman who helped me had a smile so genuine and bright, it could probably power a small city block. It truly added to the warmth of the whole experience. If you're looking for a restaurant that will not only fill you up but also stock your fridge for days to come, Parasol is the place. Just be prepared to leave with a doggy bag so massive you might need a second set of hands to carry it.”

“Had an issue arise with the Tim Horton's Mobile app. The manager of the store was very quick to assist me and regulate the situation.

I have been to this Tim's many times and have never had any bad service - the only problem came through the app and new staff but as mentioned, it was quickly resolved.

The ambience is awesome and people are friendly and they are very quick to fix your issues!!!
