La Frite à Brigitte offers a variety of vegan options, including delicious vegan burgers and vegan hot dogs. The friendly service and warm atmosphere make it a great place to stop for a steamie hot dog or loaded poutine. This restaurant features a clean interior, outdoor terrace with a water view, and interesting super poutines for teenagers to enjoy.
The staff is good and efficient. The best fresh fries and grilled hot dog are served, and the terrace is shaded and beautiful with its view of the fort and the water's edge. The poutine is good, though the taste of the fries may differ from the original. The restaurant is often busy at meal times and on weekends, but the wait is worth it for the top-notch poutine, loaded with curd and the beautiful view of the St. Lawrence, just this side of the Ontario border.
