“Absolutely the best smoked bbq we have ever tasted!!! Hubby and I came upon Smokin Birds by chance on a drive through Bala recently. He had the Brisket sandwich and I had the pulled Pork sandwich. The meat on both was so tender, just melts in your mouth. Served on a lovely brioche bun and had a delicious pineapple coleslaw on it as well. All of the flavours were so amazing. I wish we were closer by.“
