I stop here almost every weekend in the summer with my family. Stopped by 20 mins before closing and the employees couldn’t make me a milkshake because they didn’t want to clean the machine again.( which only takes a few mins) Total letdown and will not ever come back.

What can I say. The best ice cream going, and an abundance of flavors. A small ice cream will get you 2 HUGE scoops, and you can get 2 different flavors if you wish. You can get regular sugar cones, waffle cones or a bowl.

I was passing through Bancroft and came across this place. Service was good, a friendly young lady was working the counter. I literally only stopped in to see if they had GayLea chocolate milk (it is impossible to get where I live) but sadly they did not. But they DID have the Kawartha brand and when I tell youuu -- totally worth it! It was so delicious! I wish I could have purchased an entire crate of this stuff.

Excessive long ups compounded by lackadaisical staff who were ignoring the ice cream line up ! One staff member at 4 ice cream windows. Three staff inside not doing much ! 45 minute wait. Get more staff or get more motivated staff. Ridiculous

Get your sales in order. Forty minutes for ice cream is absurd. Clearly, on a weekend, you need more than two teens running around, manning cash and fetching cones both: two on cash only, two fulfilling orders. Whatever, I'll never return, buy Breyer's retail too.
