The difference between a great sub and a bad sub is how fresh they make the sub, the front is clean and fully stocked with fresh toppings and the staff is super friendly. I have been a few times now

“The wait for cones was a bit long -- 45 minutes on a Saturday in July. Not sure if they need more staff or easier to scoop ice cream? Ice cream was amazing. Stopped by the next day for a couple of tubs.”

“This is by far the worst Pizza Pizza place I have had and most have not been great. Keep trying but always the same result. Always takes way too long during the busy times.

8 years later. Great improvement. Pizza was prepared quickly and cooked to perfection.”
