We stopped in after hearing about how great the coffee was while staying at the Grail Springs Spa. The lovely woman Rose was putting out some freshly baked cookies, and there was a selection of gluten free, which I was happy to hear. The cookies were excellent. My Americano is fabulous, and she made me an off menu omelet that was unbelievably great. My daughter loved her spinach and egg wrap as well. Snowmobiler - stopped in Bancroft for lunch. Amazing to finally have a healthy option for lunch just off the trail! Very convenient, gluten free options & vegetarian options (the cookies were AMAZING). The service was wonderful and I loved the local art atmosphere. This cafe is perfect fit for art lovers. Freshly brewed coffee is bliss. All good, desserts are homemade and fresh. Blueberry coffee cake is so yummy. Staff is super friendly and polite. It’s popular in the town…must
