If you do drive thru at this location, always check your order before driving off. They ALWAYS mess up your order. And not even in some minor way.. we ordered nuggets/McChickens and got 2 double Big Macs instead 🫤

today nov14 2025 I went to the McDonalds on windmill rd went in drive thru ordered 1 meal and DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER with no pickle no seasoning add Bacon I get to my wife’s work she opened her burger there no bun to beef with cheese Ketchup and pickles the box says McDouble no bun that’s a PISS OFF WILL NOT BE BACK THERE

As I walked into the Bancroft McDonald‘s tonight I noticed all the outside garbages were overflowing to the point that they wouldn’t close. I was going to flag this to staff but decided to use the washroom first. In there I realized that cleanliness was not a high priority for this location. The bathrooms were gross. One of the two hand dryers didn’t work and the thick layer of dust on them both suggested this washroom has been neglected for weeks. The most shocking part was the lack of a door lock on the wheel chair stall. The only thing good I can say is that my burger was yummy and hot.

This genuinely may be the worst mcdonalds of all time. No matter what time you come here, it's an insane long wait. I've waited no joke for 45 minutes for food numerous times

Charged me 40 cents for lettuce, but added only one pathetic sad leaf. Bathroom is protected better than Fort Knox and is very unpleasant.

Pretty bad experience, even for a fast food spot. Dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve been in. Napkins and garbage on the floor. Both garbages were absolutely overflowing (see picture). Just icky feeling. They also have a weird system with unlocking the bathrooms? You ring a doorbell and the staff front the front counter yell “BATHROOM OPEN” when they unlock it. Bathrooms also generally dirty. I left feeling overstimulated and dirty. Also they charged me for a single pack of mayo-style sauce? Never seen that before at a McDonald’s. Food was meh.
