Honestly, $45 for lunch, 15mins and I'm not exaggerating, we waited at the service window for about 5mins. After waiting 15mins I eventually went inside. No one said anything to me, I just stood there and after 2 or 3 minutes asked if someone could look at where my order was.... The Assistant Manager took over and said they were waiting for and cooking me fresh fries. They must think we're idiots. I'm physically standing there looking at staff serve fries. The AM finally gives me my food without apologies, he only gets me half of it. So again I have to flag someone down for the rest of it which had been sitting there on the side of the counter. Absolute joke. Avoid this place if you can.
I had just went through the drive thru around 5pm and the young gentleman taking the orders was the best order taker I have experienced at this location. He don't skip cars, he goes back and forth to each lane, speaks clear and very polite. Koodos ti this young man.

I don't eat McDonald's that often, approximately 5 times a year, maybe its not only this location but just how they are now, but the food is absolute garbage... it dosnt taste like food, just somthing to fill your stomach... but regarding this location... I feel like there's a bunch of illiterate kids working there that can't read an order. Seams like every time I have been here they mess somthing up, even when it's not busy. I get it the job sucks, but holy hell... if you're having trouble doing this dead end job correctly, good luck in the real workforce

Talk about breaking health violations. Guy with a massive beard in the kitchen with no beard net, hair elastics around one of the girls cooking wrists, no hair nets at all. And to boot,the manager had a big burly beard and didn't bat an eye when the above was pointed out, after telling them that they gave 3 cheeseburgers instead of 3 mcdoubles. Hands my partner two treat coupons and walks away. Real classy bancroft McDonald's, keep er up lol

The food is getting Ware's and tast like not beef any more to be happy more like be messy talking about their hamburgers by the way. The fries are good though It's just not that McDonald's. It's like every McDonald's. They're hamburgers are getting very bad. It's sad but up up. Bubba

Dirtiest mcdonalds I've ever seen. Staff is nice and work hard. Annoying to need a key to be buzzed into bathrooms that are gross. Needs to be bulldozed and rebuilt away from the dumpy area it is in. Parking is lousy. It is bad there. No fault of
