Service needs work. We ordered for a medium pepperoni and ham (must have said the and ham part like 3 times) only to get to my car and see I got only a pepperoni one. When I asked the lady she said I only ordered pepperoni. I believe they charged me for the ham but can’t even confirm since they didn’t give me a receipt upon my order.
Also noticed (after I had ordered) they had an offer for a large pizza with two ingredients For less of the price I paid a medium. A good customer service would have at least mentioned the offer while we were ordering. Pizza was ok (a bit greasy, but good), but service could be better.
We ordered 2 medium pizzas and both were very dry with little to no sauce. The 1 pizza was a peperoni with literally only 14 peperoni on the pizza. Some slices had not a single peperoni on it. The meat lovers had only a few toppings on it as well. I was very disappointed and even almost brought it back to the store. We paid $45 for 2 medium pizzas so we were expecting there to be enough sauce and toppings. Prob not worth going back. After reading some of the other reviews I am not alone. Other people have had the same experience. How ever some people have gotten great looking pizza! Maybe it was just a certain employee that makes them that way.

We love Pizza Hut and order from here weekly. The past three times we have ordered the garlic bread is fully burnt and inedible. Everything else is so good please fix this.

Easily the best pizza in the area. We drive here from Haliburton to get pizza because the food and the service is so good. Not only the best Pizza Hut I’ve been to, but definitely the best takeout pizza from the Haliburton area to Bancroft. Do yourself a favour next pizza night and order from here.
I ordered a Triple Crown, which didn't have any pepperoni on it. Quality control apparently doesn't exist anymore. 🙄

J'ai commandé mes pizzas et elles sont arrivées mal, brûlées et incorrectes car j'ai demandé le côté fourré au fromage, j'ai appelé le magasin et la personne au téléphone m'a dit que malheureusement ils ne pouvaient rien faire car il n'y avait pas de fromage, et que ma pizza n'était pas brûlée...
