The crust has the perfect amount of saltiness, fluffy on the top with a perfect crunch, lots of high quality super melty mozzarella, sweet tomatoes, perfect amount of sauce. I would drive 2 hours for this pizza

I ordered 2 medium pizzas for pick up, when I got home with them the pizza was cardboard thin, toppings were scarce and the outside crust was partially burnt. I won't return to the Bancroft store.

Waited for a delivery the other night and when showed up late as I was on the phone with corporate to make sure my online order went through due to the lateness the gentlemen on the phone informed it was free. I then got extreme attitude and rudeness when the driver heard that and got 2 seperate excuses for why they were late as well as the food being basically thrown into my arms then sped put of the driveway. I used to order all the time from pizza pizza and am now done with the business as the experience was extremely rude.
