This place, amazing. The staff is extremely friendly, the food is great, it's clean, and it's an awesome place to eat with friends. One of the men there, I can't remember his name, but he remembers people's orders really well.
Vegetarian options: You can request no meat, they have a veggie sauce, and there's many vegetarian options
Dietary restrictions: You can make custom orders, and there aren't many items there with certain allergens like peanuts or nuts
Kid-friendliness: They are extremely friendly with kids, me and my friends (aged 12-15) were treated extremely well
Wheelchair accessibility: It's pretty spacious, but I don't think there is an wheelchair friendly bathroom or anything like that

I am a subway regular, on Nov.10, 2024, my wife and I were shocked with the size of the portions served in Bancroft-Hastings Subway store. When I shared my concern with the staff they claimed other locations may be filling up the plates more than they should. I leave it up to the viewers to compare for themselves.

The guy we had making our subs was quick and got us out in no time . There is lots of parking and the seating are is nicer then most of the subways. It's a large restaurant with lots of room and bathrooms are open.

This is by far the best subway I’ve ever been to. The staff are always smiling and happy to help. They have our favourite sandwiches memorized. I haven’t been in for a while, and when I stopped today he knew exactly what we wanted. It’s always clean and freshly stalked. Plus, yummy sandwiches

Food was good. Very expensive. A foot long cold cut sub and a 6" chimichurri wrap cost $24. We think they overcharged and when my wife questioned it the man said "that's the price go away. Go!" Very rude. And that 1 minute of rudeness has cost them our regular business.
