The food quality at this subway is a 10/10,
The difference between a great sub and a bad sub is how fresh they make the sub, the front is clean and fully stocked with fresh toppings and the staff is super friendly. I have been a few times now
While in town and very good each time! Highly recommend!

I should have taken a look around prior to getting in line to order. The food was OK but not great. The restaurant and tables were an absolute disgrace. Their was food and crumbs on every table. The floor in all areas was disgusting and covered in crumbs and dirt. The washrooms were dirty and smelly. I have been in a ton of subway restaurants over the years and this one was absolutely gross. If Bancroft wasn't such a hub for people traveling through I'm sure this location would be out of business. Stay away there are much better options out there. The picture didn't turn out well but you get the idea.

Return sandwich because bread tasted weeks old..so hard i couldn't pull it apart biting...manager called us liar extremely rude and unprofessional would not recommend!! Gross

If this is how subway maintains standards I can see why they're closing restaurants!
Ordered a salad on the app, which i do 2-3 times per week at other subways around ontario. When i picked it up, the bowl was only half full.. there was no lettuce, none... I asked for extra... there was no spinach.. at all.. I asked for extra.. I got 1 triangle of cheese.. should have been 4.. no tomatoes, at all... I asked for extra.. and there were green. Peppers which I requested no green peppers.
But wait, it gets better.. when I went back in to ask them to add the items that were missing, the manager came storming out of the back and without even looking at it, said that's the quantity we put in salads.... 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
So when I pointed out there was no lettuce or spinach... in my SALAD.. he put on a glove and used his finger to dig around looking for them.... 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ and he didn't understand why it's not ok to use your finger.. even with a glove on.
After some yelling back and forth I finally got my missing items.. what a joke..
Will be calling their head office standards department on Monday.
