TLDR: I wanted to like this place, but the food was not good.I grew up in Brampton eating amazing Indian food, so when I moved to Bancroft, I was really excited to see a local Indian restaurant. We ordered four or five dishes as well as sides, but unfortunately the quality and flavour were poor, and some of the prices were steep.

Very delicious and satisfying in all respects! Thrilled to have such a fantastic restaurant in Bancroft where you mostly get kinda bad pub food, sorry, but it's true. BC cafe is exempt from this as the food there is awesome and it's not a pub! Adding substantial, artistic, and absolutely delicious Indian food to Bancroft's food repertoire is a game changer for me as a local! Very attentive and kind staff. The atmosphere is a sweet fusion of ski lodge with south asian hints and flavours. It has a lovely twin peaks small town genre overlap vibe with character galore! I adore this restaurant!! It will not disappoint. Chefs are food artists and are very attentive to individual spice/heat preferences.Vegetarian options: Veggie opportunities ~ Sag Paneer and many others. Try the surprise appetizer it's amaze!

An unexpected gem on the outskirts of Bancroft. We had the samosas, which was a generous serving along with tamarind and mint chutney. Along came the garlic naan, only one order was required for two people as the butter chicken and vindaloo came with rice. The butter chicken was above average but the chicken vindaloo was a show stealer. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. If you are reading this review and you haven’t been here, you owe it to yourself to stop in and have a divine dining experience in this quaint restaurant in Bancroft.

Would never recommend to anyone. Very less quantity. The place lacks in quality and timely service. Worst decision I made in Canada. Paid close to $200 for nothing. We kept waiting for food and after seeing the quantity decided to cancel the next order. I think the reviews here are also fake. Also, the washroom is so unhygienic and smelly.

We ordered combos for 6 people ?️ - plenty of quantity. They provide 2 veg ?? and 2 non-veg ?? curries and starters. Overall, it's good for a stop on your route ?.
