The biggest positive about this Tim's is the location. It is perfectly situated for a rest stop in Bancroft when driving between Barrie and Ottawa. I don't like the coffee at all, but the treats are always fresh. Thanks for being there!

5 staff on a mostly empty drive-thru and 1 one working on walk-ins. Waited forever just to place an order.
Great friendly staff, fast service.They had a Santa figure there that looked so real I took a selfie with it. Store was very holiday decorated. Loved it!!

Everything was great but the girl on drive thru needs to speak slower and more clearly so it's understandable. Maybe have someone record what you sound like on speaker so you understand what people in the drive thru hear.

This Timmies had the fastest service, hands down. I ordered 3 coffees and 2 snacks and all was ready at the window when I pulled up! That was the good news... the bad news is ALL the coffee's tasted watered down, and not the familiar taste either. We tried again the next day on our way out and the same thing, fast service, bad watery coffee.
