My husband and I went for a breakfast sandwich and coffee today at this location. The sausage patties were as thin as can be- never seen sausage Patties so thin (very strong seasoning as well). The sandwiches were very greasy with a dirty cooking oil taste to them. Very poor quality at Tim’s today! Unfortunately they both were inedible and had to be tossed! Very disappointing!

Can't comment on any of the food it...walked in and walked out...no one is happy working here or waiting in line for coffee...people are rolling there eyes and sighing because service is so slow....drive thru is ridiculous since it's two lanes and we waited in line for 45 minutes and couldn't get out of it.. then they got our order wrong so we held up the line even longer. Do not visit here.

I cannot say enough good things about Tim Hortons in Bancroft. I drove through on a busy holiday Monday and it was packed…inside and in the drive thru. The employees were super efficient and very friendly!

Cheese croissants are getting pooree quality i swear... i hadn't had one in over a year but this one was like, not as fluffy inside, didn't have the nice thin layer of cheese to give it that crunch, was cold af too lol... i think tjat's a corprate thing though... as for the service, atmosphere, and coffee for that matter were amazing! very friendly folks in the drive-thru window... im from out of town and ALWAYS find the nearest Tim's to where im staying, go every morning and it really tops off the trip when i have a consistant, reliable, friendly Tim's to start my day... great job here guys! thank you!🤘❤️
I’ve been to the Tim’s at the north end of Bancroft many times, and the drive through experience has been consistently good. Today I went in and I won’t be going back.
I had to use the facilities, and discovered much too late that there wasn’t a shard of toilet paper left. I thought I was at the bottom of the barrel until I discovered that despite my imploring pumps on the soap dispenser, there nary a bubble could be made.
My wife heard a woman alert the staff to the same predicament in the women’s washroom.
While waiting for the order to come through, no staff member went to either washroom to inspect them.
We stopped at the Esso next door and dumped our food in the garbage, too disturbed to risk eating it.
I filled out the Tim's feedback review over a week ago, and there has been absolutely no response. Please don't respond and tell me that you're sorry, or that you would like more information, or that you want to make it right, because you've had plenty of time to do all of those things, and you have clearly chosen to ignore me and the problem.
Dietary restrictions: If you'd a little extra in your food choices, this restaurant seems to be ok with the absence of toilet paper and soap in both washrooms. There is no cleaning schedule posted to suggest that it is inspected on a regular basis.

This location is woefully under staffed at all areas and I noticed a lot of staff where not doing anything. No one likes waiting in line for 15 minutes for a mediocre coffee and doughnut. Very sad.

Arguably the worst tims hortons in ontario. Staff is nice. But my god are they not very bright. It's not their fault. The manager seems like a scatter brain and is only teaching staff to follow her lead. 1 coffee and a pizza is typically a 25-30 minute wait. Place is pretty dirty tbh. The bathroom litterally only has hand sanitizer in the soap dispenser and never and t.p. I only come to this one because the parking lot is easier to navigate in a large truck but my God is it ever disappointing after you park and walk in. The front entrance is the most confusing set up that makes 0 sense. I would have gave it 0 stars but they only have 1 brown worker so atleast after the half hour wait it's atleast made right and I can understand the people talking to me and taking my order. For that you get 1 star.
